Dealintax runs a three month accountant internship Hyderabad program designed for commerce freshers. We hire four interns per batch, pay a monthly stipend, and give you real client work from week one. This program is open to both male and female graduates, with a consistent record of selecting female candidates into every batch.

Why this internship works for commerce freshers

Most freshers leave college with theory but no filed return to their name. Our program flips that. By the end of three months, you will have filed GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for real clients, prepared TDS challans, written journal entries in Tally and Zoho Books, and sat in client review meetings. This is what recruiters actually look for when they hire a junior accountant.

The twelve week schedule

Weeks one and two are orientation. You learn our ledger structure, our file-naming convention, and our review checklist. Weeks three and four introduce GST filings, starting with the simpler clients. Weeks five and six cover TDS, Section 194C, 194J, and 194I being the main ones. Weeks seven and eight move to payroll and EPF. Weeks nine and ten introduce income tax returns for individuals and partnerships. Weeks eleven and twelve are a capstone, where you handle one full client month under senior review.

What we expect from you

Punctuality. Nine AM in, six PM out, Saturday half day. Accuracy. Every entry we review gets back to you with marks in red, and we expect the same mistake to not repeat. Curiosity. If you do not understand a section, you ask. If you understand it, you still test it against three scenarios before you commit it to a return.

Who should apply

B.Com, M.Com, BBA in accounting and finance, professional qualification students, professional qualification students, and graduates within two years of finishing college. We actively welcome female candidates and first generation college graduates. We have placed alumni across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

The interview process

Step one, you send your resume, transcript, and a short cover note. Step two, a thirty minute phone conversation with our HR lead. Step three, a ninety minute in-person interview at our office. We ask you to debit and credit a sample transaction on paper, explain the difference between GSTR-2A and 2B, and walk us through a TDS calculation. We look for reasoning, not rote.
