This document defines the visual identity, voice, and values of Dealintax: India’s precision-first accounting, GST, trademark, and company-registration firm. Every element here reflects two words: On the Dot.

Primary: On White
Reversed: On Navy
Clear Space Rule
Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the letter “D” in the wordmark. No other graphic elements, text, or imagery should intrude on this protected zone.

Clarity & Space
Colour Rule
Navy is the primary brand colour: it anchors all communication. Red appears only inside the logo’s dot. It is never used as a background, text colour, border, or design accent anywhere on the site or collateral. Grey and white provide breathing room.

Bebas Neue is reserved for the logo only. Using it in other contexts dilutes the brand mark’s identity.

The Red Dot
“On the Dot. On the Mark.”
Look closely at our logo — a bold red dot sits inside the letter D of Dealintax. That dot is not decoration. It is the single most loaded symbol in our identity.
In everyday speech, “on the dot” means punctual. “On the mark” means accurate. These are the two promises Dealintax makes to every client, every time.
In Indian culture, the bindi — the red dot — is a mark of focus, precision, and identity. It is placed at the centre of thought. We wear ours in our name.
Red stands for the hard work and effort we put into every filing, every registration, every outcome. Navy stands for the discipline that makes that effort count.
Dealintax is a noun.
Not a verb. Not a descriptor. It is the name of a firm with character, posture, and a promise built into every letter — marked by a dot that says: we are on it.
